Mesh refinement polygon error

When I triangulate mesh it looks fine and when I follow the latest tutorial for mesh refinement I get not an error but strange behavior on outline of polygon. It become distorted.

How to fix this issue so that polygons will always remain as original?
When I create holes I do not get this issue, only with polygon that are inside other polygons.!AnwaB50XU22ehZJyZ8bb5EbGUsPqiA

I guess you are smoothing the mesh? Make sure that vertices that should not move (usually the input vertices of the polygon) have a non-zero label.

EDIT: the segments themself should probably have a non-zero label, too. This way, if a segment gets split, the new vertex will inherit its label from the segment.
